Aberdeen Motherwell betting prediction

Betting suggestion:

Both teams will face each other just three days after their respective European commitments and shortly before having a new competitive round in the Europa League. Therefore, a game played in a less intense tone than what would be normal is foreseen, where Aberdeen can continue the good campaign they've beed doing, because they will face a Motherwell that may show some fatigue after the 120 minutes that they played in Thursday.

Analysis Aberdeen

After seven rounds of the Premiership, Aberdeen has played five games, after having had some postponed due to issues related to the pandemic, but it still occupies a very interesting 4th place. With 12 points, four less than Celtic and Hibernian and four more than Ross County, the team led by coach Derek McInnes has had an excellent campaign so far. In the previous round of the championship, Aberdeen received and beat Kilmarnock, by 1-0, with a lone goal by McCrorie (16'), before traveling to Norway, last Thursday, to eliminate Viking (0-2) in the 2nd qualifying round of the Europa League, where they will now face Sporting. Going through a beautiful moment, Aberdeen comes to this game in a series of six consecutive victories.

Confirmed Lineup: Joe Lewis, Ash Taylor, Andy Considine, Lewis Ferguson, Marley Watkins, Funso Ojo, Ross McCrorie, Jonny Hayes, Niall McGinn, Scott Wright, Ryan Hedges.
Coach: B. Robson.

Analysis Motherwell

After a season in which it exceeded expectations and managed to qualify for the Europa League qualifying rounds, Motherwell has been at a much lower level in this early Scottish league. At the start of the 8th round, the team led by Steve Robinson occupies the 12th and last place in the league table, with the same five points as Kilmarnock and Livingston. The first victory in the Premiership was, apparently, guaranteed on the last day, after receiving the St. Johnstone (1-0). Last Thursday, Motherwell struggled to confirm the favoritism in the 2nd qualifying round of the Europa League, in Northern Ireland, against Coleraine (2-2 after regular time and extra time), whom they won on penalties. Hapoel Beer Sheva follows next Thursday.

Confirmed Lineup: Trevor Carson, Bevis Mugabi, Stephen O'Donnell, Ricky Lamie, Declan Gallagher, Allan Campbell, Liam David Grimshaw, Liam Polworth, Mark O'Hara, Christopher Long, Tony Watt.
Coach: G. Alexander.
